Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Rules

· Abstracts submitted to the conference will only be collected through the Online Abstract Module.

· Authors submitting abstracts must register for the conference and then upload their abstract to the system.

· Authors' names and surnames must be filled in according to their order in the paper, and the “Presenting Author” box to the left of the name of the person presenting the paper must be checked.

· The name of the author presenting the paper must match the name of the participant who uploaded the abstract to the system.

· At least one of the authors must register for the conference for the abstract to be included in the conference book.

· Abstracts should be prepared as oral or poster presentations, with a maximum of 350 words.

· Abstracts should consist of an abstract, introduction and objectives, materials and methods, findings, and conclusions sections.

· The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5 words.

· The total number of photos, tables, and figures should not exceed 3.

· The names and addresses of the authors' institutions must be specified.

· You can edit your abstracts online until the abstract submission deadline.

· Abstracts that do not comply with the specified rules will be excluded from evaluation.

The organizing committee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered information.

· To avoid communication issues regarding your abstracts, please remember to enter your email address and mobile phone number when registering in the system. Abstracts without contact information in the system will not be considered for evaluation.

· Scientific and legal responsibility for the abstract lies with the authors.

Abstract Review Process

· The Review Team, formed by the Scientific Committee Members, will determine the scientific quality and suitability of the abstracts through a blind review method via the online system.

· Participants will be able to follow the entire review process (acceptance or rejection status) related to their abstracts via the system using their email and password.

· Additionally, the paper evaluation results will be sent to the email address provided by the participants in the system.

Paper Presentation Rules

· The duration and date of oral paper presentations will be announced after the papers are accepted.

For poster papers, the poster dimensions and presentation date will be announced after the papers are accepted.
